Shipping:
All items will be shipped once the pre-order is manufactured and ready to ship. Items will generally be shipped out within (3) weeks of the close of the pre-order.
Returns:
We will refund your purchase if:
- The goods are received in exactly the same condition as they were shipped (not washed, torn, used, etc)
- Items are post dated as having been sent back within (2) weeks of receiving them
- Name on the order is clearly written on return envelope
- Where applicable (international shipping), please include all relevant customs information and pay any duties in advance, otherwise your items may not make it back to us
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
